The following hours wiU be observed at the Post and Telegraph Officeß on January 2 Post c-fficje— 9 am. to 10 a.ra. Deliveries will be marie by delivery clerks and carriers at chief cffiae on tha Saturday night preceding each holiday batween 7 ani 8 o'clock. Telegraph hours— 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 7"30 p m. to S p.m.
