It is announced that the following c eHt!amen hate been appointed members of the Legislative Council of New South Wales : Meisrs Sutbland, Brodrib, Webb Terry Alderson, Joseph, Cadell, Mort, Macinto«h! Bator, Lee, Randle, and Roberts. A second grand banquet was held in honor of Sir Henry Parkes last night, when over 200 persons were present, and the affair was a great success. It is announced that Sir John Robertson returns to the Ministry as Secretary for Lands vice Mr James Hosking, and that he will perform the duties of Colonial Secretary in the absence of Sit Henry Parkes,
