Sydney, Wednesday. In the Legislative Assembly last ni»ht the Hen Sir Henry Parkes, Premier, referring to the steps which had beeu adopted by the Government in dealing with the Milburn Creek Copper Mine Company, stated that with the exception of Sir John Robertson, who resigned bis portfolio on the 10th inst., tho memh^rs of the Cabinet had throughout been of an unanimous opinion as to the action which should be taken in tbe matter. Another death from small pox occurred yesterday.
