Lokdon, November 26. A gtorm of unusual violence his been experienced over a great part of England during the past forty hours, causing immens. destruction of property and numerous wreck? on the coast. L?froy, attjs Mapleton, who was recently found guihy of the saurder of Mr Gold on the Brighton railway, has admitted that he committed the crime, and he also confesses to the murder of Lieut. Ropsr at Chatham, whose death occurred mysteriously some time back. Pari3, November 28. Baron Conrcelles has been appointed to succeed Count Da Saint VaUier as French Ambassador at Berlin.
