There was- no defence. Judgment for amount claimed and costs jei 153. Earnest Snow and Williim Raid were cbargod by Constable Phair with bahaving themselves on the 8;h inst. in a manner calculated to proroka a breach of the peace. Fined 10s eech and coats 7a. City Council v. Brewer — Action to recover £6 la 3d for rates due. Judgment for amount claimed and coats. John McDonald • Bright.— -Action to recover £7 b*ing balance of amount due for the maintecanct of a ehild for 29 wseks. Mr P«rcy Adami appeared for the plaintiff. Judgmsnt for plaintiff for £6 0s 43d and costs. Thomas Muccaster v. John Muncaster — Action to recover £5 18s 66, money collected by defendant on plaintiff's account. Judgment for amount claimed and costs £2 7s. Adams and Kingdon v. Daniel Jimee and oth«rs — Action to recover £3 3s, professional charges. Judgment for amoiint claimed and coats 13s.
