The Wallace reached Hokitika this morning and leaves there for Greyiaouth to-night.
The Charles Edward sailed foe Wellington at two o'clock this afternoon. Stt leaves there on the return on .Monday aftcriioon. The Murray with stock for the West Coast was compelled by heavy south-west weather to return to Wanganui yesterday, but probably resumed her voyage this merniup. The- Waitaki arrived at Wellington this morning,^ and leaves there for Lyttelton at 1 p.m. She returns here on Tuesday morning, sailing «t ]0 a.m. same day for Pieton, Wellington and South.
The Arawaa leaves ■Wellington for Melbourne vii South on Monday. Passengers for faer proceed by the Wanaka to-morrow.
The Lady Barkly leaves for Motueka at 8 o'clock to-night, returning here at G o'clock to-morrow morning. She sails again for the same place at 2 p.m., returning in tbe evening.
Tbe schooner Uno i=i advtrti?cd to s:iil for Harelock direct to-morrow. Particulars as to freight &c, can te obtained by applying to ihe master, ,T. Pilkington. Toe Wanaka arrived in harbor at G 30 a.m. to-day, having left Wellington at 1 p.m. and Pietoa at 10 p.m. yesterday. Sao briegs 90 tons of c&rKO for this port, a portion of which is the Wskatipu's cargo, including two maßsive pieces of hardwcod for the Coi-liDgwcod-street bridge. Tha Wanaka sails at 4 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington, Taranaki, and Manukau, taking the henuward mail.
