Oct. 3, steamer Wallace, 86, Scott, for Wanganui and Wellington, Passengers: Mis 3 Rose, Master Rose, Messrs Paton, Hepburn, and 2 steerage. j — ketch Prospect, 21, Westrnpp, for Waitapu and Coliingwood. The Iris commenced ballasting to-day, and Will probably pall for 'Newcastle to-morrow. The Kennedy leaves Greymouth for Westport and Nelson this evening. The Wallace i? due at Wanganui this afternoon, and leaves again by the same tide for Wellington. The Murray arrived at Wanganui early this morning, and loaves there for Westport direct this aftercoon. The Charles Edward left Westport this morning, will arrive to-morrow morning, and return to West Coast ports at seven in the evening. The Hawea leaves Onehunga this afteraeon, will arrive here to-morrow night, and sail a t 430 p.m. on Thursday for~Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Graf ton has been detained at Wellington. She leaves there this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail for Westport and Greymouth at noon. The England's Glory, it is expected, will be towed into harbor to-morrow morning. The Croydon Las 3 has been dismantled, and is now lying near the Corporation wharf. The Prospect, which ha 3 taken the place of the Lady Barkly while the latter it Leinpr overhauled, sailed last night for Golden Bay. The Penguin left Lyttelto* at 9-40 p.m. on Satnrdsy, and arrived at Wellington at 11 a.tn on Sunday • sailed at 1-20 p.m. yeiterday, and reached Picton at 530 p.m. ; left at 815 p.m., and arrived here at 3 15 a.m. today. Fins weather was experienced tbroagciit the trip. She sails for Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin thia afternoon.
