Captain Edwin reported at 1-4 p.m. : "Bad weather approaching between northwest and south-west. Glass will further rise." ! The Kennedy arrived from West Coast ports this morning and leaves for Greymouth direct at seven o'clock to-morrow morning Tup Wallace armed from Wanganui this ! morning, and leaves for Pieton and Wellington this afternoon The Charles Edward should arrive at W estport this evening and leave again for Hokitika the same tide. The. Murray arrived from West Coast • ports this afternoon and leaves on return trip on Friday morning. The Lillie Denhani sailed for Timaru this morning. i The Wanaka, in place of the Hawea, leaves Wellington for Nelson direct at 5 o'clock this afternoon, -will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail at 5 p.m. for Pieton, Wellington, and Lyttelton. The Penguin leaves Wellington atlpm to-morrow, will airive here on Friday morn- ; mg and sail at 6 p.m. same day for Taranaki and Manukau. The Albion will be the next steamer for Sielbourne. She leaves Wellington on, Monday and passengers for her go hy tbe I Jyanaka to-morrow. |
