The Wanaka leaves Onehunga to-day, will arrive here to-ninrrow night, and sail at noon on Thursday for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttolton. The brig Iris left Xewcastle for this port on Friday last with 570 tons of coal for Mr J. S Cross juu. The Lyttelton is being scraped and cleaned al! over prior to Undergoing some slight repdr9 that arc necessary before she can po to sea. The boiler is on the Railway wharf, ard is in very pood condition considering the tii c it has been in the vessel. The Penguin left Lyttelton at 10 p.m. on Saturday, ami arrived at Wellington, at 12.20 p.m. on Sunday, after a good run of 14 hours 20 minutf-s; sailed at 1-15 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at G. 30 p.m. ; left at midniizht. and arrived here at 10 a.m to-day. She brings SO ton; of cargo for this port. The Penguin sailed for Picron, Wellington, and iSouth by the same tide at 12.30 p.m.
