Wellington, Tuesday night. In the Legislative ABgembly tc-day the Chinese Immigration Bill paiged through Comraittefl without amendment. One propoied by Dr Pollen that the Bill ihculd not come into opeiation till the Chinese numbered 2 per cent in proportion to the Europeau population being negatived by 14 to 7. The Bill wai read a third time and isuied.
