The Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report, said the business of tbe company showed an increase during the past year of £13,400 over that of the previous year. The report and balance sheet were unanimously: adopted. A^ resolution was oarried authorising the Directors to declare inteiim dividends in future. Mr L. Nathan called attention to the desirability of the company, separately or iv conjunct! n with the other New Zealand companies, establishing a branch office in England. The Chairman promised that the Directora would carefully consider the matter.
