Sir, — Will you allow mo through your columns to call attention to the great iacou venience to which we in the country are occasionally put by the delay in advertising the dates on which the foreign mails are to close A few days' notice would be n, great boon to us and surely it is not too much to expect from the Postal authorities — I am, &c , A Complainant from the Country.
