WARDEN'S COURT.
[Before Feank Gl-isness, Eeq , Warden.] Mr Guinness, as Warden of the Collingwcod district, held a sitting of the Court this morning, when the following cases were heard : — An application by Mr Bunny to have the lease of the Panama Company made out in ! their name was granted* Mr Bunny applied on behalf of R. C Parker to have the names of John Arkell and John'Norby struck out, on proof of their rights having been sold to Parker. Granted The application of John Darmott to withdraw the balance of deposit for Gordon's Peak, the applicants having declined to execute the lease, was granted, The application of Emily Osborne to have ' the name of Charles Gibson substituted for hers iv the Pltaaant Creek lease was granted. An application being made by Mr Bunny to be allowed to tax the costs in the matter of Notby i>. Bryne and others, it was ordered that notice of the application be served on the defendants for them to appear on thr 21st iost. and show cause why costs should not be taxed.
