June 11. schooner Awju-o?., 60, Grcnger, from Wesfport. 12, barque Alfred Ilawley, 420, Philiip?, from Newcastle. — cutter Maid of Italy, 15, Clarke, from Riwaka. 13, steamer Lady Barkly, "0, Walker, from Motueka. HATLKD. Juno 11, cutter Midge, lfi.Eure, for Waitapu. 12, schooner May, 21, Tiuney, for Have lock. — ketch Came'.ia, 19, Youcg, for Motupipi. 13, steamer Lady Barkly, 30, Walker, for Motueka. The Kennedy leaves Wellington this eveuing, will ariive to-morrow morning, and leave for West Coast ports at noon. The Murray arrived at Grey mouth this morning, and leaves there for Picton direct to-morrow morniog. The Wa'lace arrived at Ilokitika this morning, and leaves there tor Greymouth to-night or to morrow morning. The Charles Edward will arrive from West Coast ports this evening, and leave again for Wellington direct at 8 o'clock Ths Penguin left Ouehuoga yesterday morning, and leaves New Plymouth today for Wellington direct. The Wukatipu's departure from Wellington for Sydney has been postponed to the 22ni instant. The Hawea left Wellington at 1 p.m. to day, will arrive here to morrow momiug, and sail by the same tide at 10 n.m. for Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, nnd Dunrdin. The Awaroa arrived from Westport on Saturday afternoon with a cargo of coal for Mr J. S. Cross, junr. The barque signalled on Saturday afternoon turned ont to be the Alfred Hawley from Newcastle. Ciptain Phillips reports leaving that port on May 31st, find experienced moderate westerly winds for the. first four days, then strong breezes from E. and S.E with lorrenf.s of rain f>r the next cix days, after which the wind backed to the westward ; rounded Farewell Spit at 230 a.m. on Saturday, took the pilot on board at 6 30 a.m. yesterday, and was towed into the harbor shortly afterwards by the Lady Barkly and berthed alongside the Commercial Wharf. She bring 617 tons of coal for Mr J S. Cross, junr., and commenced discharging this morning. Tbe Alfred Hawley is a handsome barque of 420 tons register, built at Sunderland in 18G0, and owned by Captain Phillips. She is of great strength, being constructed entirely of teak and copperfastened throughout. Until lately she has been trading between London and Ilobarton this befnp her first voyage with "black diamonds."
