APPLICATION TO REGISTER. I the Undersigned, hereby make appli- * cation to register "JOHNSTON'S UNITED MINING COMPANY, Limited," as a Limited Company under the provisions of " The Mining Companies' Act, 1872." 1. The name of the Company is to be Johnstons United Mining Company, Limited." 2. The place of operations is at Bedstead Gully, Collingwood. 3. The Registered Office of the Company •will be situated at Nelson. 4. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty thousand pounds, in twentythousand shares of one pound each. 5.
