The Wallace reached Wellington this morning and leaves t for Nelson to-aight, returning to Wellington to morrow evening. The Charles Edwa*d .arrived at Kokitika this .morning, and leaves for Greymouth tomo'frbw".-' The Kennedy arrived at Greymouth to-day, and:leaves at noon to-morrow for Weatport and. Nelson. The Murray leaves We stport tbis evening for Nelson, and returns to West Coast ports on Thursday. The Wakatu sdled for Wanganui, Wellington, and Patea last Dight. The Richard and Mary arrived from Oamaru thia afternoon with a cargo of flour unJ wheat. The Hawea left Tarunaki for Wellington direct at 9.30 this morning. She remains at the latter port until Thursday afternoon, when she sails for' Picton, Nelson, and Northern ports. The Wanaka; with the San Francisco mail, leaves Wellington to.-morrow morning, will arrive in tbe evening, and sail at noon on ..Thursday for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton , The German schooner Christine, 99 tons, arrived at Dunediri from Hamburgh on Saturday, after a long passage of 190 days. • The New Zealand Shipping Company'* Mataura, Cepain Brown, left Lyttelton for Londor on Saturday with a full cargo and a large nu nber of passengers, four of wl on are from Nelcon. The Penguin left Lyttelton at 10 p.m. on .Saturday, and arrived at Wellington at 2 ?psm. on Sunday; Bailed at 145 p.m. yeaterday, and reached Picton at C p.m ; left at midnight, and arrived here at S^O a.m. today. J?ine weather was experienced throughout the passage. She sailed for Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin by the same tide at 11 a.m.
