London, May 21. It has transpired that the Kight Hon. Earl Granville, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has referred to the Tunisiau treaty in recent despatches to the French Government emphatically protesting that France will be expected the fulfil tbe existing treaty obligations, and toj respect the privl leges that England has hitherto enjoyed in connection with the Government and the Tunisian Principality, At the wool auction today 3000 bales i were, offered.
