We have iubjected a lample of the abovenamed article to a very Careful chemical onalyeii and examination. The results of the analysis, which are w forth in' a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength! practically free from acidity, and that it containe but' races of solid matter in solution. It posseiees • a ielicate and agreeable ttioma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hast'B Sciiedam Schnapps is s very ooperior article of ita claie, is well vurifled, and IB quits genuine. Bast, Esq. i Sir,— l have the honor |to report for you* information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by yon to me has been submitted to a searching chemical inalysiß and critical examination, the result A which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come ander my notice. It has a pure ftagrwit odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fooil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of malt in the production of the ohoiu»t qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect comparis favourably with other temples offered tor tale. It may be advised as equally^ suitable for medical or economic purposes.
