In the matter j>fa .Bill intituled an A.ct incorporating all existing and future Trustees of property, held - upon' 1 trust for the Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England. NOTICE is hereby given that application is intended to be made at the next Session of the General Assembly of New Zealand by petition for leave to bring in a Bill to incorporate Trustees of Property, held upon trust for the Church of England, in New Zealand,. and for other purposes. Copies of the Bill will bo deposited in the Private Bill office on or before the commencement of the session. . . It is intended to empower the General Synod of the said Church, and 'also the Synods of the several Dioceses in regard to properties respectively under the control of such. Synods to make regulations for the appointment and removal of Trustees of such properties, and generally to regulate their proceedings. To validate existing regulations of Synod in reference thereto.
