Melbourne, Monday. The captain of the stenmer India was brought up to-day on a charge of sailing under a false register, but the case was remanded. The police have evidence of the complicity of the majority of the crew of the India in her proceedings. A telegram code has been discovered criminating the accomplices in England of the owner and captain.
