In the House of Commons to-day, the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration, but the debate was further adjourned. Capk Town, April 28 News has been received from Transvaal to the effect that the relations between the Boers and the natives are of a very unsatisfactory character, and it is feared that trouble will arise between them.
Paris, April 28. Il has transpired that the commander of the French troopß in Tunis has received orders to march against the capital, and the force ia therefore advancing with the utmost speed.
