London, April 27. On the House of Commons meeting to-day, Mr Bradlnugh again appeared at the table to demand his right to take the oath. A motion was thereupon introduced that he should withdraw, and another animated debate took place on the question. Mr Bradlaugh, however, finally retired upon Mr Labouchere announcing that he would introduce a Bill to permit him to take the oath.
