The Lady Barkly leaves for Golden Bay at 5 o'clock to-night. The Croydon Lass left Wellington for Picton on Saturday. The Murray arrived at Greytnouth from Hokitika this morniug, and sails for Wesiporfc and Nelson to-morrow. The Kennedy is due from Weaiprrt at midday to-morrow, and will sail for Wellington at seven in the ovenuig. The Cbnvits Eciwnri arrived at Wellington this morning, and leaves on the return trip this evening. She is announced to sail for the West C( asi at 2 p.m. to-morrow. The YVanak* leaves Onthunga this afternoon, will ariive here to-morrow nighf, and Bail at 8-30 am. on Thursday for Picton, "Welliugkn, and Lytteltou. Tho steamer Bowcn, which is to bring Ihe first of the season's tea from Chiua to New Zealaud, will make Wellington hor first port of call instead of Auckland as originally contemplated. The Huwea left Lyttelron at 10 p.m. on Saturday, and arrived at Wellington at 145 pm. on Sunday; transhipped the Southern portion of the outward 'Frisco mail and about 30 passengers into the Wanaka, and sailed at 1 p.m. yesterday for Picton, which was reached at 5'45 p m. ; left for Nelson at 7 p m., and arrived here at 430 a.m. to-day. She brings a number of passengers and 50 tons of cargo for this port. The Hawen sails for Pictou, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin at 4-30 p.m. The value of vessels of all nations, with their eat goes, wrecked during last year is estimated at £68,000,000, The total Dumber of wrtcks was 1,880; 4009 lives were lost. 200 vessels, were lost through collision.
