Kennedy is clue at Hokitika from Wesport this afternoon. The Murray arrived from Wellington this morning, aud sails for West Coast ports at four this afternoon. The Lady Batkly returned from Golden Bay last night. The Graftou leaves Wellington at 8 o'clock to night, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail at 3 p.m. for Westport aud Greymouth. The Hawea arrived at Wellington this morning, and left for Lyttoltoa in the af teruoo n. The Wanaka left Port Chalmers,at I*lo D m. on Monday, aDd reached Lyttelton at 7 a,m. next day; sailed at 330 p m. and arrived at Wellington at 8 am. on Wednesday; left at 1-10 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton-nt €30 p.m.; sailed at 3 o'clock this morning,"; «nd arrived here at 11 30 am. Fine weather, ■was experienced throughout the passage. She Bails for Wellington, Taranaki, and, Manukau at 2 pm. to-morrow, taking the i outward San Francisco mail. .1 The Electra haa now about 500 itons of "barley on board, the lower hold is filled, atd a commencement has been made to stow 'tween decks. Th.3 cargo, tne whole of which is being brought from the country by rail, came forward pretty freely until Easter, but since then only a few truck loads Lave been received. There are about SOO tons more to come before the vessel will be kaied. Nearly all the sails are bent, and everything is being got ready for sea, and Captain Thompson expects to sail for London about the middle of next mouth. The Electra has room for a few passengers, and although enquiries have been made none have yet booked. By the way, since the barque has discharged her inward cargo her external appearance has been greatly improved by the judicious application of a coat of paint, and she now looks quite spruce.
