CORRESPONDENCE.
To the Editor of thb "Evening Mail." Sin, -I hope you will tbink these lines of suffloient importance to publish them. The road leading from Richmond for about a mile and thvee-qUarters, till it turns oft to Appleby, is iv a very bad state of mud and ruts, and although much used, especially by carts conveying grain to the station, ia completely neglected by the Road Board. Tbe residents agree in thinking it a disgraceful thing that their road should receive so little attention, when comparatively uuused back roads are carefully gravelled. By inserting thia you will greatly oblige . A Constant Pedestrian.
