Arrived Te Anau from Wellington, and City of Sydney from San Francisco via Auckland. Mp William Foster, late Agent-General for New South Wales in London, returned here to-day per P and O steamer Bokhara. He met with a warm reception, and was presented by a committee with a congratulatory address. Adelaide, Tuesday. The necessary preliminary arrangements for holding an International Exhibition in this city have now been completed. Mr MO'gan, the .Premier, has modified his manifesto of last month. He now proposes to defer the intended reduction of duties, except those on agricultural implements.
