i IMPERIAL Db. Hassall's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, EC. London, 9th May, 1877. Report en a Sisrapfci of Imperial Schiedam Sohnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful Chemical analysis and ezaminatidn. The results of tho analysis, whioh are se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' raceß of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any* tface of fucll or other injurious impurity, and hiss evidently been ' distilled from superior rye grain, always used | 'nstead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compare favourably with other samples offered ! for sale.
