"The Arawata arrived at the Bluff with the Suez mail thia morning. : The Keunedy arrived yesterday morning i from West Coast ports, and leaves for Wellington direct at seven o'clock this evening. The Charles Edward reached Greymouth tbis morning, aud leaves for Hokitika tomorrow. The Murray arrived from Wanganui yesterday morninir, and leaves to morrow at 6 p.m. for Rangitikei and Wellington. The hrig Drover is daily expected from Newcastle with a cargo of coal. The Wallace leaves Wellington for NelBon this evening, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and return there on Wednesday erening. The Wakatu arrived from Wanganui at 11 p.m. on Saturday with a large number of passengers. She sails for Wanganui a&ti Patea at 6 o'clock to-night. The cutter Dart is announced to Fail for West por* to-morrow night. Sbe has been chartered to take a quantity of gunpowder to that port, and then to convey a load of coal to Blenheim. The Lady Barkly makes two excursion trips to Motueka to morrow, leaving here on tbe first oue at 6 a.m , and there on tbe return at 8 a.m. She remains hoe until 8 p.m. when sho starts on the Jas t trip to Motueka. The H*wea jleft Wellington at 1 o'clock this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and Pnil for Picton, Wellingtou, and South at 7.30 p.m. The Wanaka arrived at Wellington on Saturday night, and after receiving tbe Southern portion of the mail from the Hawea sailed for Taranaki in fche afternoon. The Awaroa, which has been alongside the Corporation wharf for the last four weeks being re coppered and caulked all over, was taken down to the Commercial TVbarf thia morning. An excursion trip to Wellington will he made by the Wallace tbis week. She leaves here on Wednesday afc 7 p.m , and tbere on the return trip on Friday night, thus giving two clear days ia the Empire City. This will be a capitai opportunity for those who a c desirous of witnessing the Wellington race 5 , which take place on Thursday and Friday. <v . ■ ■
