In the divorce suit, Dibbs v. Dibbs, the jury could not come to au agreement, and were therefore discharged without giving a verdict. Obituary— James Punch, the well-known publican and ex-oarsman, who took Trickett to England in 187G, when the latter defeated Sadler. Tbe deceased was 40 years of age.
