The Penguin sailed for Picton, Wellington, and South at 11 4 5 last night. The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay last night. Tbe Kennedy leaves Greymouth for West „ port and Nelson to-morrow. Tbe Wallace leaves Greymouth for Nel son direct to-morrow. The Murray left Hokitika at 2 o'clock this morning for Westport, and may be expected here to-morrow. She proceeds to Wanganui at noon on Friday. The Wanaka is expected to arrive here from Northern ports to-morrow. She is announced to sail for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton at 2 p.m. same day. The Hawea leaves Wellington at noon tomorrow, will arrive here on Friday morning, and sail for Taranaki and Manukau at 3 p.m. same day. The Te Anau will be the next steamer for Melbourne. She leaves Wellington on Monday, and passengers will be conveyed to her by the Wanaka to-morrow. ' The Zealandia arrived at Auckland from Sydney yesterday morning, and left for San Francisco in the afternoon with the outward mail. The Albion is making a trip to Auckland via East Coast ports. She was to leave Welliogton yesterday afternoon. The next steamer for Sydney will be Ihr Wakatipu, leaving Wellington on Saturday. Passengers will be forwarded to her by the Wanaka to-morrow. The Charles Edward left Nelson on Monday evening at 7 o'clock for Wellington, and made the run across in 11 hours from wharf to wharf ; left again last night at nine o'clock, and arrived here at nine this morn ing. She leaves for West Coast ports at three o'clock to-morrow afternoon. Captain Wheeler, of the Wakatipu, has been presented with a very fine diamond ring by a few of the passengers on her last trip from Sydney, as a recognition of kind ness shown them, and their gallant captain's many genial qualities.
