The results of tho analyiis, which are se < forth in a separate report show : that this' spirit ia of., good etrength, practically fret from acidity,' and that it contains but' -races' of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pur*? and mild taste. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Ib absolutely free from any trace of fa eil or .other injurious, impurity, and has "evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used Instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps.
