Report en a Sample oi Imperial .Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J._ H art. , . We have subjected a gample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. > The results of the analysis, which are ue forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good etrength, practically free from acidity, &nd that it contains bufr races of solid matter in eoluticn. It possesses, a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr East's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its claas, is weil purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) H. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of f ueil or other injuriousi impurity, and has evidently beeD distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of malt in the production of .the choicest qualities of Schnapps.
