Bnvin, Captain Leech, Messrs Kelly, Coates, Solomon, Er:fleld, Wilson, Watson, Engel, and Snow. — steamer Hawea, 461, Kennedy, for Picton, Wellington, and South Passengers : Miss Pollock, Mesdames Fen wick, Anderson, Palmer, Harifield, Two Sisters of Mercy, Master Clark, Messrs Cunuing. Pyke, Fenwick, Anderson, Trolove, Palmer. The Albion will be due at Hokitika from Melbourne to-morrow morning. The Lady Barkly returuel from Golden last night. The Lyttelton arrived at Blenheim from Nelson yesterday. The Charles Edward left for West Coast ports last evening. The Murray leaves Greymouih this evening, and Westport to-morrow morning, arnving here on Sundsy morning. She is announced to sail for Wanganui at 3 p.m. on Monday. The Hawea took away yesterday two more excursionists for M< Ihoume. She arrived fit "Wellington this morning, and was to leave (here for Lyttelton at 1 p.m. The Peuguin "will take the place of tbe "Wanaka next trip The latter steamer will be docked at Port Chalmers and undergo an overhaul. The Grafton leaves Wellington at 5 o'clock this afternoon, will arrive here tomorrow morniner, and sail for Westport and and Greymouth at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. The Taiaroa left Port Chalmers at 1-30 p.m. on Monday, and arrived at Lyttelton at 8 a.m. on Tuesday ; sailed at 5*15 p.m. same day, and made fast alongside Wellington wharf at 9*45 a.m. on Wednesday; left at 1 15 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at 530 p.m. ; proceeded on to Nelson at 7 p.m., and arrived here at 330 a.m. to day. Strong S.E. winds with heavy sea were experienced as far as Wellington, thence fine weather She sails for Taranaki Manukau at 4 p.m. H.M, sloop Miranda, nine guns> Captain the Hon. E S. Dawson, left Plymouth for Australia on Thursday, August 26th. The Miranda will cull at Madeira and the Cape of Good Hope, and also visit Tristan d'Acunba and Inaccessible Island, with a view to the relief of shipwreckel mariners.
