The results of the ehalyßis, which are sc forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter in solution. It possesees a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Haet'b Sctaiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. f Signed) Akthub H. Hassall, M.D., Author of >( Food and its Adulteration."
