We have subjected s, sample of the abovenamed article to a very Careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Haet's ScMedam Schnapps -.8 & very superior article of its class 1 , is well jarifled, and is quite genuine. (Signed) E. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fusil or other injurious impurity, and has tevidently ( been distilled from superior rye grain, always useo instead of malt in the production 'of the choiosat qualities of Schnapps. • It is verj smooth to the palate, and in thio reßpuct compan s favourably with other samples offered tor sale.
