London, October 5. Further details of the scheme proposed by the Porte to the Great Powers have now transpired for the settlement of the difficulty between Turkey nnd Greece. The Ottoman Government offers to cede to Greece the frontiers to the south of Janinain Epirus,'and LarissainThessaly, but the towns themselves are not to be included in the ceded territory as required by the supplementary Berlin Conference.
