Oct. 6, ketch Argus, 36, Williams, from Fern Town. — cutter Maid of Italy, 15, Clarke, from Biwaka. SAILED. Oct.. 5, steamer Lady, Barkly, 30, Walker, for Golden Bay. 6, schooner Richard and Mary, 44, Hamilton, for Lyttelton via Puramahoi. — schooner Cora, 45, Siddells, for Havelock. — cutter Maid of Italy, 15, Clarke, for Riwaka.

The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay yesterday afternoon. The Graftnn arrived at Wellington at 10-30 last night, The Charles Edward arrived at Westport from Nelson at noon to-day. The Lytteltou arrived at Wellington yesterday afternoon, and leaves to-night for Nelson. Thf- Cora sailed for Haveloclc this morning. The Wannka reached Wellington at 3 a.m. to-day, and was to leave there for Lyttelton at 1 p.m. The Patea left, Patea at 9 a.m. to day, will arrive here to morrow moruiug, and sail for P.itea via Wellington the same day. The Richard and Mary sailed for Puramahoi this morning. She loads there with timber for Lyttelton. The Rotorua will be the next steamer for Melbourne. She leaves Wellington ou Monday, and passengers for her will be forwarded by the J-lawea to-morrow. The Argus, from Fern Town, brings a cargo of coal for Mr Burford The Hawen, loft New Plymouth at 9 o'clock this morning, will arrive here tonight, and sail for Picton, Wellington, and UyUelton at 10 am, to-morrow The Taiaroa leaves Wellington at noon to-morrow, will arrive here on Friday morning, and sail for Taranaki and Manukau at noon on Saturday, carrying the outward San Francisco mail.
