IMPROVEMENT. To the Editor or tub " Evening Ma.il." Sir— Many thank 3 are due to Mr Thomas Harley from the city residents ;for the improvement in our water supply. If " A Family Man " of the Mail of Saturday last would wish for further information on the subject of " cooling drinks " I would advise him to take a dose of Epsom Baits, which would purify his blood and clear his head.
