Melbouhne, Tuesday. The overland line between Adelaide and Port Darwin is down, and telegraphic communication with Europe is interrupted, The Victorian Government have fixed the minimum of the two million loan, which will shortly be issued in the London market, at 101. The Argiis, to-day, publishes an article commenting in highly eulogistic terms on the character and services of Sir Hercules Bobinson.
