All England Eleven, was resumed to-day at Oval. The Australians continued their second innings, and made a splendid- stand against the bowling of the Englishmen. Toe innings closed for 327 runs, Murdoch being not out for 153. Alexander scored 33, and was then caught out. The Home team thenj requiring 67 runs to win they went in forj their second innings, and obtained the rej quired number with the loss of five wickets; thus winning the match by five wickets] There was again a laago attendance, and, great interest was taken in the contest.
