Sugar operations have been hindered by bad weather. Melbourne, Thursday. Sir Hercules Robiusou bas accepted the invitation to the race meeting to be held here on September 26. Tbere will be a large amount of added money to the chief event. Brisbane, Thursday. The Opposition have renewed their obstruction in the Aesembly to tbe mail cont .act, and the Government now threaten to adjourn for three months without supply.
