The Victoria was towed to sea by the Murray this afternoon, and set sail for Newcastle. She has on board a quantity of potatoes for the Australian market. The Taiaroa leaves Wellington at noon to-morrow, will arrive here on Friday morning, and aail for Taranaki and Manukau at I p.m. In consequence of the non-arrival of the Australia at Auckland the Hawea has been detained at Onehuuga until to-morrow to bring down the Southern portion of the mail.
