DEATH OF AN M.H.R.
Wellington, Monday. Mr Ireland, M.H.R. for Waikaia, died yesterday morning. He had been ailio g for some time, but was in the House on Thursday. The same night he consulted his medical adviser, but on the following day he became worse and gradually sank. The sup- ' posed cause is heart disease and congestion of the lungs.
