August 2. The Right Hon. W. E. Gladstone is suffering from slight congestion otthe lungs with feverish symptoms. To-day being a Bank holiday all the markets are closed. Paris, August 2. The French Military which was to have proceeded to Greece to undertake the reorganisation of the Greek army, has heen abandoned.
