Cbiog Fow's treaty with Russia has been published, accompanied by a memorial denouncing himself and the document. Russia had the advantage in all the negotiations. She was to be paid five million roubles, and her merchants were to enjoy special privileges and to use convenient routes to travel. For these considerations China was to receive back only a portion of the low territory. Cholera has appeared in Japan. •
