Rnine, Glasgow, Otdham, Cotiolly, Firth, Fleming, Mowafc (3), Hornby and Haycock. — cutter Dart 16, Ricketts, from Waikawa Bay. — schooner Richard and Mary, 44, Hamilton, from Oamaru. — steamer Taiaroa, 228, Malcolm, from Taranaki and Manukau. SAILED. July 21, ketch Argus, 36, Williams, for Fern Town. — cutter Midge, 16, Eure, for Waitapu. — cutter Ware, 10, Ricketls, for Sandy Bay.
The Wallace snilert last night from Hokitika for the Sounds. The Charles Edward leaves for the West Coast ar noon to morrow. The Lyttelton left Blenheim this morning for Nelson, and will proceed to Wellington direct to-morrow at noon. The Murray left Westport lust night, is due here this evening, and will leave for Wanganui to-morrow at 6 p.m. The Richard and Mary, with a cargo of wheat for Messrs Griffiu and Son, arrived at the outer anchorage this morning, after a fair passapre from Oamaru. The Taiaroa left New Plymouth at 10 o'clock last night, and arrived at the outer anchorage this afternoon. She will come into harbor tonight, and sail for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton by the game tide at 6 p iv. The Huia, after being cleaned and painted, came off the hard last night, and sails for Wanganui and Wellington at 8 o'clock tonight. The P. and Q. Company's steamer Siam's recent passage from Melbourne lo Sydney ■was one of the, fastest on record— 3B hours 60 minutes. " The barque Helen Denny arrived at Lyt telton from London on Mopday, after a splendid passage of 84 days. She brings 20 passengers. The Wanakft arrived in harbor at 8 a.m. to-day. She left Duuedin at 11 a.m. on Sunday, and arrived at Lyttelton at 7 a.m. on Monday ; Bailed at 6 p.m. same day, reaching Wellington at 12 30 p.m. on Tuesday; left at 1 p.m. yesterday, called at Picton, and arrived here as above. A strong S.E. gale with a heavy sea was experienced during the passage across the Straits. While at Dunedin the Wanaka was placed in the Graving Dock, where she underwent her periodical overhaul, and was thoroughly cleaned and painted both externally and internally. She eails for Taranaki and Manukau at 6 p.m.
