Chnrles Bossiter Forwood, solicitor, of Wellington, has filed a declaration of inßOveucy. , The Napier Gaol must be a very pleasant place of residence. A man for repeated drunkenness was sent up there recently for a week, and when he came out he confided to a friend that if it was riot for his character be would like to stop up there for good !
