IMPERIAL SCHIEDAM_§CHNAPPg. Db. Hassall^ Report. The Analytical, and Sanitary Institution, 54^ Holborn Viaduct, E.G. London, 9th May, 1,877. Beport on a Sample Qf Imperial Schiedam Schnappa received from Mr H.J. Habt. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamjqd article foa very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show' that this spirit is of good strength, practically free fiom acidity, and that it contains but* races of solid' matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article oif its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fusil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distlfled from superior rye grain, always used instead, of malt mi the production of the choicest qualities of fSchnapps.
