IMPERIAL I>k. Habsall : s Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Helborn Viaduct, E C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on s Ssmpla ol Irrperia! SchitdaiL Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have, subjected a s^mplr of the abovenamed article to a very careiul chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis,, vfhich are se forth in '. a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidiiy, and that it contains but races of solid matter, hi solution. It possesses a delicate and agreßsbl3 aroma, and a puro and mild taete. Mr Halt's Schiedam Bchnappt is a very superior, article oi its class, .is weii purified, and is quite genuine. Imperial Scljiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has' been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which' enables me to states that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of. fut-il or. other injurious impurity, and has evidently been dißtilled from superior rye gr«in, always used instead of malt in the production of tho choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compare s favourably with other samples offered for .sale. It may be advised as equally* writable for medical or economic purposes. I have the honour to be, #•&, (Sigred) Wm. Johnson, Analytical Chemist to the Government of Victoria. This Pure Medical Spirt. Superior to any in the Market, and Lower in Price, is offered to the Public under the full conviction that it will supersede all others now in uee. A TRIAL 18 EABWEBTLY fIOLICITBD. N.
