A man named M'Pherson has been arrested at Adelaide on a charge of escaping from the police 14 years ago when being taken to gaol, under conviction of horse stealing. Mormons are going to Idaho, taking their polygamous practices ' with them, and the laws of territory it appears are powerless to correct the evil. Attempts have been made in the Courts to punish polygamy, but no convictions could be had.
